James R Lachman's Online Review Report Card

I broke my ankle ( trimalleolar fracture ) on July 29th. Dr. Lauchman did surgery one week later. He promised me I would heal well and be walking like normal in 3 months. ( I also followed all of his directions) By October I was back in my regular shoes! He is a man of his word and an amazing surgeon. Just about 6 months later my scar healed beautifully and the fracture is completely healed. I am back to fast waking 2 miles a day. Dr. Lauchman is extremely intelligent as well as very kind. The office staff is very friendly and efficient. (The Clerical ladies ,Medical assistants and Radiology Techs are always pleasant ) His surgery staff were also great nurses and that made me feel very comfortable considering this was my first broken bone(s) & surgery in 50 years. Thank you Dr. Lauchman & staff for doing such a great job!👍🏼 I highly recommend Dr. Lauchman… he is excellent! 😊🙌🏼⭐️

I was very pleased with the services provided by Dr Lachman and his staff. Dr Lachman is both thorough and detail oriented. He always took the time to answer all my questions and explained everything in a way that I could understand. I highly recommend Dr Lachman.

Dr Lachman was great ! I was in pain for 3 years and had seen 3 other doctors . He recommended ankle replacement surgery. I’m so glad I found a extremely knowledgeable and professional surgeon, who explained the complete procedure and what I should at each stage of my recovery. I am completely pain free . Dr Lachman is the best !

6 months after ankle fusion surgery by Dr.Lachman, I’m still in excruciating pain. I had a follow up appointment with Dr.Lachman, hoping he could find out why I was still in so much pain. Dr Lachman coldly stated, “This is as good as you’re going to get”…no compassion, no empathy, no suggestions as to getting any pain relief. I left the appointment feeling uncared for, with a total loss of confidence in Dr.Lachman.

I saw Dr Lachman with a problem that had been worsening with time and which had begun causing increased pain. I found him to be courteous, attentive and professional. I immediately understood I was in the presence of someone I could trust and rely on to provide excellent care. Having followed his nonoperative advice the pain has now ceased and I have a long term care plan to mitigate issues in later life. A great experience overall.

Dr Lachman treated my son for an ankle sprain. He is an elete baseball player, and we were concerned about getting the correct diagnosis and appropriate treatment. Very pleased with the attention and care that he was given.

I broke my 5th metatarsal when I fell off my front step. Dr. Lachman's office was quick to get me an appointment to be evaluated. Dr. Lachman was very polite and explained everything to me on a level I can understand. I left the office feeling confident that Dr. Lachman and his team did their best for me and I will definitely refer him to my friends and family.

Dr lachman treated my 12 year old son for a toe fracture. The level of care was outstanding. Could not have been happier with the level of care, as well as Dr Lachman’s in room demeanor. My son was back on the basketball court in a few weeks.

Dr.Lachman has seen me for my foot pain which was getting worse. I called his office and was given an appointment within a week. When I arrive to his office, He and his staff were kind, friendly, resourceful, and courteous. His knowledge and treatment plan have helped me and my foot pain tremendously. I can now walk with little to no pain as before every step felt like a knife was in my foot.

I saw Dr.Lachman for my right ankle after having two surgeries on it by another doctor who I will never go back to. Upon first meeting him he was very kind and attentive in listening to my concerns. He examed my right ankle very thoroughly, especially where I was having pain. He was able to give me a options on what to do as far as treatment goes and what my thoughts were on the plan. He ordered an MRI and an ultrasound to get to the bottom of my pain. After, the imaging a solution was found and a plan to treat my ankle followed. Long story short he has helped me walk without pain and resume my normal activities. Each visit I had with him was always great and he was always friendly and making jokes and very personable. If I ever have another issue with my foot or ankle I know the doctor I will be going to without thinking twice.
