List of St. Lukes Easton Area Family Medicine's Reviews
Will not accommodate appointment needs whether it’s for a sick or well visit. Useless as a PCP.
Dr. Stair is an amazing Dr. !!! She takes the time to know you and your health concerns. She never makes you feel like you are just a number. She is always very patient and thorough with health concerns. She is a very unique doctor and very caring! She is exceptional! I highly recommend her!! Candice, Kirsten, and Linda are thorough, knowledgeable, and equally exceptional at their job!
My family & myself LOVE ALL the doctors at this office. Everyone goes above & beyond taking care of all of us at St Lukes Easton Area Family Medicine!!! We are long time patients and I'd never go anywhere else. From the check in to the check out, between nursing, office staff & doctors their compassion & understanding is beyond excellent!! There's no other office like theirs!
I called about my swollen foot they aid they would call me back after passing it on to my doctor and the NEVER called
Worst customer service ever! Last Thursday I called the office asking if my family doctor could help me because my acute pain would not let me sleep. They denied to take care of me guessing I colud wait because I had appointment with her on May 12/22 or either go an urgent, because after talking with her nurse she called me back saying it was product of muscle pain. Same day, after work, I went to an Urgent care, and after x-ray they found it was my spine! I was diagnosis with a disease, they prescribed me a medicine. Today May 12/22 I was supposed to follow up it with my family doctor, and to be referred to a specialist. I was telling the nurse that I work doing some lifting so I needed help. But Doctor Forero showed up telling me that before to talk about my health we were going to discuss about my review. She was more concerned about her reputation than my pain as well as last week she still ignoring me as a patient. Besides that I told her I haven’t write any review yet. But she just kept focused on it until finally they denied attention. The manager Kimberly P; walked into the room and invited me the facility of the facility, even they knew I had an appointment even I payed for it. She said if you need a doctor go to an urgent care. Again? Why? I was already there. If my doctor wasn’t happy of taking care of me, at least someone else should be able to help me. Just because last week I told the nurse I may write a review of my family doctor. Today She said a review of her is a treat? Why ? So my right is just to be quiet and leave the facility, which is what I did. So I worked half of day because I had doctor appointment, but I didn’t yet. Got home without any help. Even a referral or a re fill of the medicine! After that, I have decided it was the moment to write my review, because it’s my right. I will never ever recommend this place!!!! I would love to give 0 rate if it was an option.
Dr Stair is wonderful. She has helped myself and my family on numerous occasions.
Dr Stairs is so wonderful, she takes the time out to listen to your questions and concerns. She is great with my girls and I can't wait to make an appointment for myself to see her.
REALLY GREAT DR. Treats everyone as his most important patient. Thanks
I have been seeing Dr. Casaia for over 20 years. I like him. He is very thorough, takes time to listen and talk to me and makes me feel like he actually cares about me and not just making money. Many Doctors make me feel rushed and unimportant. When a Doctor makes me feel like they are more concerned about the money instead of me, I never go back.
I've been seeing Dr. Stair for 10 years. She is great with patients, is knowledgeable and takes a genuine interest in your health and well-being.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
