Dr. Nagpal is a wonderful doctor! She listens intently to every concern I share, and takes the time to explain her perceptions, her recommendations, and even the scientific research behind her recommendations. I tremendously appreciate that she treats me like I am capable of understanding these things, takes the time to explain everything, and values my input. She never makes me feel rushed. She treats me with respect, and she has completely earned my respect. Thank you Dr. Nagpal!

Tried to get a walk-in appointment at the new office in Forks and was told NO WALK-INS. Parking lot is empty and waiting room is empty, so left and tried calling in a few hours later. Told no appts available as they are out at 4:30 on Weds, so asked about the next day, and was told they would rather not schedule since they don't know about the weather. Staff is who patients deal with most of the time. this staff needs a kick in the butt about better customer service.
