List of Waqas Ahmad Khan's Reviews
This is a very unprofessional person.
Dr. Khan has saved me from severe depression and anxiety as a 9/11 first responder. He knew the right combination of medicine I needed and he listens to your story! He's the best ever and I trust him 100% with my care. There are not enough words to express how grateful I am and how wonderful he is. A stellar professional!
Ignores confidentiality laws and makes medical decisions without the patient’s involvement. I don’t understand how this man is permitted to practice medicine.
Dr. Kahn is completely lacking in bedside manner and appears to have little to no empathy. I also felt he was incredibly arrogant. I actually expressed an opinion about a medication I didn't want to be on, and as a result he tried to send me away without giving me anything to address the primary issue I was seeing him for. When I said this he replied: "Well, I tried to give you X and you didn't want it." There are some pretty concerning side effects of X that I wanted to avoid and I get to decide that, thank you. Apparently you as the patient aren't allowed to have an opinion in your own care. Additionally, he interrupts almost incessantly, and doesn't make eye contact but talks to you while looking at his keyboard the entire time. I knew from a friend who had been to this office that their doctors were pretty bad, but I had done my research on meds to avoid, so I figured it would be fine as a stop gap measure until I could find someone better who takes our insurance. He was so bad that I invested the several hours it took the very next day to find someone decent who takes my insurance and could see me without my having to wait three months.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
