Professional, knowledgeable, understandable, personable. She has a tight schedule so I had to wait 7 weeks for 1st appointment, but it was worth it. Office staff are friendly and efficient.

This was my first visit with Dr. Ratchford for my foot situation. She was very personable and easy to communicate with and also very knowledgeable and used words I could comprehend! My only disappointment was that she couldn't perform a miracle and fix my Purpura situation on the spot. Shame on her! I'm looking forward to continue treatment with her - Have to add that the staff is also very pleasant and professional!
