I have been going to Dr. Rossman-Clapper since she joined the Warner Family Medicine Practice several years ago. I find her knowledgeable, thorough, patient, responsive and confident. She takes a measured approach to healthcare issues and communicates very effectively. I've been extremely pleased with my care from Dr. Rossman-Clapper and the entire staff.

Dr. Rossman-Clapper is the doctor I ask for, when I book an appointment at this office now. She has been the only doctor, since Dr. Warner, who takes the time and actually gets down into the route of your problems. She doesn't mask over issues to get you out the door. She cares about getting you "fixed so you feel better and she tries to get all of your issues resolved in one visit, so you're not having to use all of your leave from work on appointments to come back every week. Thank you!

I have seen her and they have a new nurse practitioner Jennifer that's great. I didn't feel rushed and felt that Jennifer actually spent more time with me. Thereis another person in the office I haven't seen ever but I have had a great experience with who I have seen.

Dr. Clapper delegates to lower level staff (nurse's practitioners) who are usually rushed for time, don't know your health history and are unable to answer specific questions. After Dr. Warner left the practice, we grew very disappointed with the service. The last two visits the Dr. did not even step inside the examination room. Very poor service, moving to a more service-centered family doctor. Patient be advised!

I moved around a lot and had a variety of doctors in my life. Dr. Clapper is by far the best. She truly cares about her patients, she listens, she goes above and beyond to help you and is so incredibly kind. I cannot say enough, to convey how much love I have for her as my doctor.
