Never used any Urgent Care Center before, but I walked in (waited an hour, but understandable, since there were others ahead of me). Very impressed with the lovely staff and beautiful waiting area! I did call before going there and the person who answered my questions (Pam) was very pleasant and helpful. Receptionist (Katelyn), RN (Andy) and PA (Devon) were ALL wonderful!!! GREAT FACILITY! Thanks so much!

I been here twice for broken fingers and they were great just had my daughter there for stitches was a little bit of a wait but the nurse and the dr were amazing on helping my daughter stay calm and relax

The staff is very friendly. Dr Katie was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this facility staff and Doctor to my friends. Dr Katie gave me the time I needed to discuss my issue and do an examination .

Never got service. Clerks seemed polite and online booking was simple. However the website is not forthcoming about what services insurance covers. I booked for a physical and TB test, and they said they don't cover either. Save yourself the trip and call ahead.
