I've been with Dr. Bhogal for over 5 years. She is caring and compassionate and best of all she listens to you. I hope to continue with her for a long time. Front desk staff as well as the medical assistants are amazing too!

I love Dr. Bhopal she takes so much time with you and also know she is a wonderful Doctor. I also think Michelle, Diane and Terri are great. I know them for many years. I also wish Dr. Bhopal was in the Bustleton office everyday.

Go Dr. Bhogal! It's incredibly daunting trying to find a physcian who checks all the marks of being compassionate, patient, responsive, anayltical & educational. Dr. Bhogal definitely checks all these marks & I really feel fortunate that she's my PCP. She inspires me! This is how doctors should practice. She doesn't just examine you or listens afloofly, but she carefully listens & forges a relationship--for that--I have gone to her for 3 years now. These practices improves healthcare quality.

The front desk staff made a mistake, and sent my wife's blood work to Quest which is not covered by our insurance, instead of Labcorp. In trying to resolve this seemingly simple issue, I dealt with the most unreliable, rude staff, lacking any basic courtesy. Namely Dian, and Jennifer. From claiming we incorrectly filled out paperwork (which doesn't exist), scheduling then not returning phone calls and responding with "My schedule is none of your business” etc.

Dr. B. is passionate about what she does! She is always very welcoming and is super knowledgable. I am always very comfortable at my appointments and in asking her questions about my health and my daughters. The office is modern and clean, very friendly staff and everyone is very competent in what they do.
