My name is Mary Mulhal, lI am totally shocked, I just read the reviews. I don't know who these people are, but I think they're talking about the wrong Primary Home Care, because I've been with them over 15 years, and they are like family to me. I have never ever had a problem with anyone, they are compassionate and knowledgeable and very caring.

Palliative care only. Not interested in my health. Terrible phone manners and the nurse practitioners while nice, I don't need a friendly visit. Don't use horrible care. Doesn't care about anyone.

Most unprofessional, dismissive, Zero knowledge of critical complicated health, unorganized, stuck with a NP who clearly is not experienced in my multiple complicated critical health hx. Alex has much to learn about pt care. As a NP, he does not have the training or experienced to oversee my care. Alex blames something not done on staff, staff tells Alex I didn’t call them. Staff tells me it’s Alex. No accountability! My service coordinator unable t speak with someone above Alex, but office won’t go about my NP to do what’s best for me as a patient. TBH, if I was able to go to a drs office, I NEVER would have approve of being seen by a Np, they think they can do everything a dr does... guess what, no matter how you look at it, they just are not drs. I also never would have returned for the care. It is certainly one of the WORST place where patient care is neglected. I’d rate them with a ZERO ....

When one of their patience out to the hospital they are in no rush to see them when they get home. Are not permitted to diagnose they basically do vital signs in order medication nothing else that I have seen. The office never returns found crawls it's like you have to beg them to come out. I would like a response from the owner why they are not consumer Also why the doctor is never ever seen. When I see with their billing I do not feel like my family member is getting what she should

Office staff are both Rude and unprofessional. Numerous scheduling issues without acceptance of responsibility. I am just tired of the blatant disrespect of both my time and my father's health. If I could give them a zero rating, I would. The manager of customer service, Ramona, sets the tone for how staff speak to patients and families. I will be contacting my insurance company to complain and change providers.

The staff was rude they laughed at my mother. The nurse that came out didn't under speak English and when we ask for someone else we were told there's no one who can come out to were we live I'm disappointed in these people for the way they acted
