STAFF (Particularly Kelly) was VERY rude and ignorant while patient tried to give clinical info that Dr asked to be monitored. I will be changing PCPs.

I have recently moved from Pa To Mentor Ohio. I have very much looked forward to this move as I will be closer to my Grandchildren. I very much regret do to this move Dr. Dawso will not be my primary doctor due to the distance. I found her to be kind caring and compassionate. She really listens. Very knowledgeable. As a nurse I would highly recommend her as ones doctor. The staff excellent as well--all patient oriented.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Dawso is very knowledgable and takes time to explain what's going on thoroughly. I have had many appointments because I have hypothyroidism and she has gone a long way to help improve my quality of life.

Recently I was seen in the ER for a chronic back condition that will leave me paralyzed. I was in after the MRI techs had left and was written a script for an immediate MRI. My insurance said to just have my pcp call to request the authorization code. I called the office and they told me I would need to be seen first. I went and she refused to order it, said I needed 6 weeks of PT first, knowing I've already done PT and it causes increased pain. She refused to hear me and her staff was rude. SAD

Dr Dawso was so pleasant. She really listened to me and gave reasons for anything she told me. This made me feel valued and gave me confidence in her care-giving. So happy I went there.
