Hi, I'm sorry if you have problems with getting a good night's sleep. Unfortunately, I'm having the same problem. Dr. Ortiz is absolutely a wonderful Dr. I was sceptical about what sort of Dr. he would be but my husband & I are very pleased with him being my doctor! He's welcoming, has a good sense of humor & is knowledgeable on his work. I hope you have a good experience & get better sleep moving forward. All the best, Michelle Waag

I like Doctor Ortiz. He takes the time to explain and answer my questions. He asked me questions that I hadn't thought about. He really seems to know and have expertise in all areas of sleep medicine. I have confidence in him. I don't like some administrative issues regarding preauthorization fees and medication requirements, but I am aware of doctors who have had legal problems from sloppy drug paperwork and it costs money to conform with all insurance company requirements. I accept fees, etc.

This place seems to be interested only in taking your money. They will mislead you regarding insurance benefits and then tell you it's your problem for not understanding your coverage *exactly.* And, of course, you will still be responsible for the bill or they'll turn you over to collections. Last, they will push new, unnecessary supplies on you rather than helping to figure out why your machine isn't working for you and resolve the issue. The staff is extremely unprofessional.
