Danielle no longer works there. So all the refills on my prescriptions were canceled and I wasn't notified. Recently I asked PFC to forwarded medical records to another facility outside their network. I explained to them the time sensitivity involved. They told me it took time to photocopy the records and mail them out. In this day and age, WHY are they still photocopying records and snail mailing them. I haven't had a doctor's visit in ten years -- mostly because the VA Hospital in Lebanon, PA truly soured the experience of them. This was easily the best doctor's appointment I've ever been to. Everyone was incredibly friendly and happily answered my questions. Rebecca, the PA-C who took care of me, was super nice and personable. All in all, a great office that's right in my area. Definitely recommend.
