The staff were gossiping about each other . The office on Oblate ordered an MRI for the wrong body part! Nobody communicates at this office. I was left in a room for half an hour wondering "is someone coming back?" "Am I finished?" "Are they preparing another test?" I had no idea if anyone was even going to come back. I finally stood in the doorway and waited for someone to notice me. No one did. I finally had to ask - "Am I finished?" This place is awful! Jason Couch, the Nurse Practitioner was fantastic. Everything else about the Oblate location was horrible - good luck finding a parking space. Everything about this location screams of apathy. No one cares about you or your medical issues. I will be transferring my file to a REAL doctors office. One that is compassionate and empathetic to your medical issues.

Dr. Hernandez was an Excellent, Christian & Caring doctor to my father Moses Garcia & to our family. He coordinated & followed up with all the specialist needed. In all honesty he is an amazing medical doctor that our Miraculous Heavenly Father put him in my Dad’s path.

I went here for years. I felt the staff is disorganized, referrals are worse than pulling teeth, and the wait times are ridiculous. A few of the Dr’s are decent but most rush you through.

Short wait time, very nice staff, and the provider is very thorough and kind. I feel valued and secured in her great care. She takes her time to work with your individual needs and goes beyond just writing a prescription. Wonderful doctor and team

Beware. There is a big disconnect between their office and whoever is doing their billing. We've been going back and forth with them over a bill for a visit that never happened. After 2 years with them, we will find another provider. Staff is very rude

This doctor is responsible for saving my life. Due to an error by an ER doctor, Dr. Hernandez could have easily looked the other way. Instead he called in several specialist to ensure my full recovery. Is he a busy doctor? Very. Does he take the time to educate other medical professionals? Usually. Will you wait almost 45 minutes to see him and or his staff? Highly likely. Had it not been for him- I wouldn't be here to type this. ;~>
