I met Dr.Chavez when admitted to Rehab after a serious fall. He was wonderful in managing my pain, later went to him for horrific back pain. After attempts to relieve with injection referred me for MRI. and surgery. He is one of the most caring, gentle,and thorough physicians I've ever met and I've met many good and bad since I am a retired nurse of 46 years. I would recommend him to anyone needing help with pain management.

Saw Dr. Chavez and he was great. Listened to my concerns and help work out a plan to help me with my chronic pain. He was also more informative about the results of my x-rays than the radiologist and my other doctor.

Dr. Chavez and his staff are compassionate, knowledgable, and make you feel like a person not a number. For the first time in a long time I have hope for the future. I highly recommend Dr. Chavez as a pain management Dr. If you want to fix your pain and feel hope, this is the place to go. I'm absolutely grateful.

After years of dealing with chronic pain and frustrated with the docs in the pain mgmt. field... Dr. Chavez is a breath of fresh air. He has been treating me for the past 8 months. I see HIM at every visit... not a Nurse or a PA. We discuss my progress, my meds and my visits W/ GI docs. Each visit we discuss any changes and or tests pertaining to my pancrease....I am NOT just a number on a file. Dr. Chavez is invested in my treatment and that makes for a happier me. I highly recommend Dr. Chavez

I have experienced chronic neck and back pain for years. All of this came to a head when I started having excruciating cervical spasms. After a visit to the ER, I set up an appointment with Dr. Chavez. From the moment I met Dr. Chavez he acted like nothing was wrong with me and it was all in my head. I could not get him to take me seriously, even after multiple visits. Avoid!

Horrible return call or follow up time on results, still left untreated and being referred by pcp. Never had a doctors office not call back with results especially after being told they would be stat" & back in 4-6hrs. I had to call a week later, still no answer or follow up calls

Dr Chavez is the worst Dr.I have ever been to!!! VERY,VERY Unprofessional... I had the misfortune of seeing him for Appomently for. Four months.. I would have an appointment and he would show up one to too hours late every time.. And didn't care that he kept you waiting around... Don't waste your time with him.. He is a joke..
