Dr Allen is an asset to Lancaster General Heath. I have been treated by Dr Allen for several years. Dr Allen consistently provides top notch commendable care. Dr Allen is one of the few Physicians who take the time to actually examine as well as make eye contact wit her patient. Dr Allen is extremely knowledgeable and continues to explain symptoms - identify problem-accurately diagnose and implement plan of care with options of treatment specific to the patients symptoms. Need more like her

Above and beyond expectations- Dr Allen excellent care- Front check in staff should be inspired by Dr Allen's professional manner. Staff - especially front check in staff are not as friendly/professional.

Dr Allen is the best doctor I've ever seen. She is kind, courteous, professional, knowledgeable and open to hearing from the patient, not just talking to the patient. My level of frustration before seeing her was sky high because the doctors I saw were NOT listening to me, NOT taking me into account before dictating treatment, and NOT solving any of my health problems. Dr Allen got my problems under control and is amazing!

Highly recommend Dr. Lisa Allen, exceptional Physician who listens to her patients problems and correlates her assessments along with diagnostic results and "paints a clear and precise" picture of the diagnosis to her patients in an easy to understand manner. After leaving her office, I knew I was receiving the best care and treatment. Thank You Dr. Allen for treating and assessing the person and NOT the computer. So many times I have felt I was talking to a computer screen, not to a Physician.

My daughter had a wonderful appointment with Dr. Allen today. She was professional yet very kind and friendly which put my daughter at ease right away. She was thorough and most importantly she took a detailed history and LISTENED to the patient.I give her 5+ STARS in every department. Dr. Allen was excellent and a credit to Lancaster General Hospital and her profession in general.

After seeing another Doctor in the same practice, I had a bad experience, that was 24 years ago. I switched to Dr. Allen, who became my primary care doctor. She listens, is patient, and allows you to participate in your treatment. She is caring, and an all around genuine doctor and person!
