they keep getting different drs. The new one Feno Monaco is horrid, if you are looking for relief , you wont find it here! Unfairly treated and treated like a addicted. Im a 63 yr old female who lives in pain daily! LEFT TO PRETTY MUCH FIGURE OUT WHERE TO GO NEXT FOR HELP NEXT!

I've had 2 wonderful visits, the third, not so much. However, that's not why I'm leaving a review today. Due to the Covid19 public health crisis, CDC guidelines , and my compromised immune system , I was forced to cancel my next 2 appointments. The first was for an injection in the outpatient facility. No problem. The second was a follow up, also to obtain a refill on my pain medication prescription. BIG problem. Reason? Unlike 99.9% of doctors in the Pittsburgh area using the federal (DEA) fingerprint system for narcotic prescriptions, Dr. Monaco is still printing prescriptions. The office claims they have a year to get online with the new system. Result, my 82yo mother must drive 1hr, enter the medical facility, elevator, office, pick up. Drive back home, take to the pharmacy, return when ready. So much for elderly sheltering! One can only hope and pray this passes quickly and we don't end up under a federal quarantine. We Monaco pain med patients will be screwed!

Dr. Monaco has done a great deal to relieve my back and hip pain. He is very compassionate, takes his time to explain everything and has an great bedside manner. His staff is friendly and goes out of their way to accommodate scheduling. I highly recommend Dr. Monaco!!

Dr.Monaco is a wonderful doctor who specializes in Pain Management. I highly recommend him. He helped me to get off of Morphine. I was treated with respect and compassion. He explained alternative treatments clearly and answered every question patiently. The office staff is great. I was seen on time. They return phone calls promptly and were kind and friendly. I think patients who don't want to get off of Morphine, are upset with the wrong doctor! The doctors who gave up on us and left us dependant on a narcotic for the rest of our lives, are the ones you should complain about. I thank God I found Dr. Monaco.

After waiting over two hours for him to come into the room, with no apology...he spent 3 minutes with me. Please reconsider talking with another practice, please.

I agree that Dr. Monaco was WONDERFUL !!! He was able to explain test results to me that no other doctor had before and then it all made sense. He took his time with me and I wasn't rushed at all. I am very pleased with his care and recommendations. Would definitely recommend him. Thank you

I disagree with the two reviews of doctor Monaco. He is currently treating me and compared to other doctors that I have seen he is the most caring most comprehensive and thorough physician that I have had the pleasure of dealing with. I would definitely recommend him to any friend or family member.

Rude, confrontational and talks down to patients. and for a Doctor I'd say he needs to see another Doctor about weight loss. One classless Doctor that he knows that you are in need of help but treats you like crap
