I found the MedExpress Urgent Care to be very professional and courteous. Glad they were there.

Absolutely terrible. I've been here before and never had a problem receiving treatment. Today, after explaining my medical problem, I was told that they were full and could not take me. An urgent care, which I am pretty sure is required to take anyone as long as they have insurance. If they were full, they shouldn't have asked why I needed to be seen. I'm reporting this place to the medical board for absolute sure. I was told it was because they only had one doctor on duty but I don't think I've ever even seen an actual doctor here, just NPs or PAs

I visited late in the afternoon on 08/10/2023. It was very clean. I was there for a work physical and had no wait time. I interacted with five people from the front desk, to the MA, nurses and the doctor. ALL of the staff was attentive and very kind to me. I interact with doctors a lot as both a patient and Nurse, this Doctor actually listened to me. It was very refreshing. I felt safe and cared for. And I know I’m too old for stickers, but I was having a bad day and it cheered me up on the way out the door 😊

There was hardly a wait - middle of the day Sunday. The doctor was very kind, listened to everything I had to say. She explained everything to me in a way I could understand. I would definitely go back and would hope to see the same provider.

From the moment I registered, I was treated with dignity and respect. The triage nurses were thorough, and Dr. Covello took her time to listen and explain things to me, and the waiting room was full. I never felt like a number or was rushed through. Positive experience.
