Rude customer service. False advertising on website and nobody is willing to assist you in figuring out a problem. Don't expect any type of test to come back in the time frame that they tell you.

This place has been closed since November, 2020! I just went there, based on the hours listed here, to find the signs saying that they've been closed since November. I wasted my time and gas, having to find another ACL that was open! I was more than a little angry.

Every time I have to get blood work drawn I’m in and out in 30 min or less. Usually less! Keep up the good work!

Lab service is not timely. If you want results in a time frame that is worthwhile you might want to look elsewhere.

Nice folks....timely service.....however they lost my urine sample and I have to go for a "re-collect." I can't imagine how they missed it in that little blue collection basket on the front counter. Inconvenient as I have to go back on a work day. I hope they can keep track of the "re-collect." Grumble. I tend to go to another site but main was the closest to my work. Also my Doc was less than pleased.

I went in for my annual bloodwork like I normally do, but we waited longer than the time shown, there were only two other people in the room mind you. When we were called back, the lady was very rude, aggressive, and downright unprofessional. I would not recommend this site when this lady is working unless you like to be treated unprofessionally. I was here on 6-8-19 @ 8:30 am. We decided to go to another location for my bloodwork and as we were leaving, she said “whatever” and shut the door.

Waiting forever, even with appointment. Waiting room is clean but there are very few magazines. Reception staff is non-existent. Nurses are friendly enough. Over all not a very inviting environment.
