I had been a patient of Dr. Manassee who retired. I moved away from Erie but found other Ophthalmologist Practices in my new state were not client focused. So when I returned to Erie for the summers, I connected with Dr. Haverly who is very professional, approachable, and client focused. He took care of my secondary cataracts for me in the office. I could not be happier with the outcome. His Staff is nothing short of phenomenal. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Dr. Haverly and Dr. Leszek were very professional. However, the billing department threatened that if I didnt pay previous bill I would not be able to have my cataract surgery. My bill was not that late.

First meeting Amanda I knew I was in good hands. She made the process as easy as possible. I never once questioned my decision. Dr. Leszek & Dr. Haverly are professional, personable, and very skilled. I would recommend this facility to anyone even considering LASIK or PRK. My only question was ‘why did I wait so long’. More than 5 stars.

Questionable Billing practices. I was continually billed after my insurance paid. Tried to call billing office manager once a month for four months with no return phone call. Tried to contact office manager with no return call either. Paid bill to keep from being reported to collections. Now my insurance is handling an investigation.

I went in for a consult over a year ago and decided to hold off (nerves). Went in again and decided to go for it! So glad I finally took the leap! Great Service, Great Staff!

Was not thorough enough in pre-op and after having issues within the 4-week period, he himself DID NOT see me to discuss my situation and discuss options. He was well aware of my concerns and condition before surgery but seemed to hurry me through, as if I was a number and not a very concerned patient with only sight in one eye to begin with. I was very disappointed after this surgery.
