I will never go there again! He had such horrible bedside manner. He laughed at all my questions like a jerk and looked at his colleagues that were in the room and said "I dont know how to answer any of these questions." He made me feel so foolish and was so rude with all my issues I addressed and the one thing he did do for me was prescribe a cream for my hands and the pharmacy called and said it doesn't even exist anymore! If you want to feel humiliated then go ahead and go there but otherwise I would definitely suggest not wasting your time!

I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Lim and his nurse Leanne. I originally went to get a specific mole checked and he was super friendly, very easy going, and made me feel very comfortable. I had to go back for a procedure and both him and his nurse gave me another great experience for not such a great situation that I was there for. He explained everything to me step by step, made sure I was comfortable the entire time and did a great job with the procedure. My procedure was at 9 am and Dr. Lim himself called me at 7:30 pm that night just to check on me to see how I was doing and to address any questions if I had any. I can’t say enough good things about him and would highly recommend anyone to go to him.

I have been Dr. Lim's patient for about 15 years. He is tops in his field. Well organized office, timely on appointments, generous with time spent with patients. He also is accurate in his diagnoses. Nice guy, light hearted when necessary, serious when appropriate.

Excellent service and treatment!

I had three minor skin conditions and questions. Dr. Lim was pleasant and professional even a bit humorous, asking me: "Ok, what have you got?" My fingernails were splitting and Dr Lim named the condition and prescribed very effective treatment. "Ok, what else have you got?" He quickly addressed each condition, provided effective solutions, was respectful and pleasant. There was a female nurse in the room at all times which I appreciated since this was my first exam. The exam room and entire office was superbly clean. The staff were without exception pleasant, efficient, and respectful. Dr Lim could have sold me anti-aging treatments and regimens, because I did ask. He merely said there was a pamphlet of information at the desk. I would definitely consult again with Dr Lim if any further dermatology problems occur.

I went for an overall exam. He was very professional, courteous, and he explained everything very well. Staff was great. Could be better at the wait times..I sat for 40 minutes before the exam. But overall I would highly recommend him.

I have waited over an hour for any appointment I have had. Not an hour from when I arrived, an hour from appointment time until I was seen. I don’t know what type of appointment you need to schedule to get a full skin check but, I have never been able to get a skin check there. I am disappointed and confused as to why interaction varies by patient.

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Lim for many years and have always been treated well by Dr. Lim and his staff. He has kept a keen eye on various issues throughout the years. I would highly recommend him for any and all of your skincare needs. Kudos to Dr. Lim and his staff.

Our first experience with Dr Lim for both my wife and I and we were both very impressed. The office staff and Dr Lim are very Covid 19 conscientious. The Staff is very friendly and helpful. Our experience with Dr Lim was excellent. Very knowledgeable and both pointed things out as well as asked questions and answered others for us even before we had thought to ask them and I had brought a list with me. Highly recommended.
