This place should be shut down for billing fraud!
We’ve been with Community Pediatrics since our son was born almost 13 years ago. We love this place. The staff are kind and patient and Dr. Weibel is the best! She was great for the overly anxious first time mom I was and has been fantastic with both of our kids over the years.
The front desk staff is very rude they denied us medical treatment because we were late for two minutes and they wouldn’t even let me sit down in the lobby to wait for my husband who was out parking the car and had no idea what was going on. Front desk staff and the nurses are very very rude extremely rude do not go to this place if you want a peace of mind
They never have appointments and consistently direct us to an after hours urgent care. When you use their phone tree, and choose the option to talk to staff, it hangs up on you. I've been assured for months that this is the product of a new phone system, but there hasn't been a fix, yet. Honestly I don't know that they can call themselves a medical office, at this point. They're more an advertising system for an urgent care.
Absolutely love this place! Top of the line care. Highly recommend this place. Dr. Barber is intelligent, caring, and the best Doctor around.
I usually have great service, but I called today at 4:30 to make an appointment. The recording said they couldn’t accept my call because the office is closed and then proceeded to tell me regular business hours are 8-5.
We’ve been patients here for over a year. Never the biggest fan of the staff or Dr, but stayed for convenience . This last visit was the final straw. The nurses are great but the Dr is oppionated and inappropriate. Extremely judgmental. Every concern I have had he passes off, but is very quick to tell you how to parent your kids. Do not take your kids here if at all possible!
The receptionist, Peyton, rolled her eyes at me and was acting as if I was inconveniencing her. The nurse who gave the shots asked healthcare questions in the waiting area, then when I told her I only wanted to get 2 shots for my daughter instead of 3 (decided not to get the HPV immunization today), she acted as if it was a big deal. I felt like the staff there treated me like a piece of trash that just walked in off the street. I paid cash for those immunizations. I'll be going somewhere else from now on. It's really a shame that people who work in healthcare would treat parents and children like that. They (those two in particular) shouldn't be working with the public if they can't treat people in a respectful manner.
I have had doctor Cynthia weibal for all of my children and I have a total of 7 she is a great doctor and I would definitely recommend her for anyone to care for their child. There is a lady by the name of Megan who is also there and she's great with children too.
Do not I repeat do not bring your children here this place is so unprofessional I have never in my life been to a pediatrician like this ever first I tried to make appointments for my 4 children in feb and I was told I had to send a release form to get there shot records which is normal so in march I called and asked if they received there shot records they said no call back next week to check so next week came and I called them to schedule an appointment for all the kids they scheduled an appointment for both of my children at the same time then hung up the phone on me I called back to see why I got hung up and the lady said i don't know but what can I help you with I said I just wanna confirm that my children appointments are in the system she tells me don't come to the appointments because we don't have there shot records I'm like wait what so why did she schedule them she goes i don't know so I told her the shot records should be there by now I sent for them in February she told me to call with my previous pediatric and see what was going on because in Pennsylvania they have 30 days to send records over but I'm not from Pennsylvania I'm from New York so I called my previous pediatric and she faxed them again I called back April 4th still no records the claimed called back April 24 they finally had the records so I schedule an appointment for my children and they said only one child can be seen so I'm like okay I schedule for all my children different days long story short I called today to confirm which child I had an appointment for they told me we are not taking your children anymore because you did 3 no calls no show I said wait and start flipping out I knew that was not true she wanted to tell me over and over that it was for my two children they told me to bring in but not to bring in because they didn't have shot records she then goes oh no we would have not schedule them if there wasn't any shot records and I said well they did and asked her when were these appointments for she said march 14 so right away I cursed her out because my children records weren't there till April 24 so how does that make sense I told her that someone on her end screwed up she goes they know not to schedule an appointment without any records I said apparently not .........NEVER GO HERE THEY WILL ALWAYS TELL YOU ONE THING OR ANOTHER AND THEN TRY TO TURN IT ON YOU LIKE ITS YOUR FAULT WHEN THEY ARE JUST UNPROFESSIONAL PERIOD

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
