I had a torn meniscus and had to have surgery..Dr. Frankel did my surgery and I haven't had any problems..Recover was fast and my knee is much better.

Several years ago I was desperate to find someone who would not dismiss a problem with my right knee. I was finally referred to Dr. Frankel who immediately diagnosed a torn meniscus, which was backed up by an MRI. All of the meniscus was removed but I have done well with arthritic bone on bone and his help, including a prescription for a stabilizing knee brace. I have never had to wait long and I have found him very understanding and encouraging as I struggled to keep up with my love of hiking on a bad knee. He is now scheduled to replace the knee. I'm scared about the knee replacement but trust him.

Because I’m a new patient I have to wait one hour in the waiting room and a half hour inside and still no doctor.. this unbelievable I bay my coupe 60$$ and left the office so mad ... I will never be back again 😕😕😕

I came to Dr. Frankel with severe pain. I left everything at home but my car keys.I limped in and sat down. The lady in the office yelled over to me that i owe $48.00. Real professional. The whole office was looking at me. She couldn't walk over to talk to me. I realized i didn't have my purse. They refused treatment after all the money that my insurance paid. Of course i appreciated the lady not talking to me privately but yelling accross the room. I was in tears and I came home. No treatment

I was extremely happy with Dr Frankel & his staff. Total knee replacement went well & I’m on the road to an active life again ! Very pleased with Paoli Hospital too.

Dr frankel was thorough and answered all my questions. He gave me several treatment options and set out a suggested plan which made sense and seems to be producing results already. His staff are easy to deal with too and best of all there is little or no waiting.
