John Sherlock of Assisted Living Locators found several excellent care facilities suitable for my brother. John helped us to narrow down the number to four different locations all of which met our requirements. John then made arrangements for touring these facilities and accompanied me on these tours. We met with representatives of each senior living location for discussion a specifics, short and long-term.I found John personable, knowledgeable and dedicated from the heart. I was overwhelmed trying to find a skilled nursingurging facility for a family member. There were pages and pages of choices with no reasonable way to distinguish among them. Luckily, I was introduced to Miriam at Assisted Living Locators in Columbus, Ohio. Among the many things she did were identify several facilities that could meet our needs, coordinate tours and communications with the facilities, and help us evaluate the facilities’ similarities and differences. Even after we made our decision, she has continued to help us with the transition to the new location. We could’t have done it without her.

Shannon was absolutely amazing to work with. You let her know what kind of facility you are looking for and your budget and she will show you several options. She is familiar with the staff and many of the guest at each of the facilities. She truly cares about you and your loved ones.

Common Courtesy for starters over phone, they've got that 'fake sincerity' down though so I'm sure they will do very well in this unregulated, Wild West quasi-medical sub-industry, especially in the mind State of Arizona. Very Visionary...

We worked with Stephanie Altman and she was terrific. She met with our Mom and got a feeling for her condition and type of place she might best fit her needs and likes. Although she knew we had already contacted a few places on her own, she worked hard to find additional places within our search radius. She was invaluable in both helping us find other places and providing us information on ALTECS. Highly recommend her to anyone that needs help finding a place for a loved one.
