I wouldn't recommend this office or doctor. Could not call in to schedule. On hold for 20 min. Disconnected twice. Left message never called back. Doctor not thorough with examination. Not good with communication. They could not write my script correctly. Couldn't get it resolved and gave up.

They ask you to leave brief message when they don’t answer but never take the time to call back. Has happened twice. NOT WORTH COMING HERE!!!

The physician is good when you come on a routine basis. I have been with the practice for several years. However, I could only to make an appointment for an urgent care, two months down the road (despite the fact that they have several physicians with the practice) . The office did not even want to know what I have which required an urgent appointment. I had to seek another Dr. I do not recommend becoming a patient there.

I have been a patient in this practice for several years. Everything was ok until i needed to see a dr. ( any dr. They have several) urgently. They would see me until January. The rep did not even want to hear what i have or let me talk to a nurse or the office manager. I would never rely on this practice.

While Dr. Meyer is very thorough, knowledgeable and friendly, he is not accessible outside of an appointment made three months in advance. One can not get an appointment to see him (or anybody else in his practice) on an urgent basis. I had to seek the help of another dermatologist despite of the fact that I am an establish patient for several years. They do not even want to know what your problem is.

The doctors are great but the office management needs work. If you need to reschedule an appointment and you call and the office is busy you can not leave a message you have to call back. In this digital age you would think that they could leverage technology to better manage their patient's experience. Also they state their lunch hours but there do not hold themselves accountable to those hours.
