List of Nemours Children's Health System's Reviews
I dont know where to begin with this practice. I may run out of space My 20 month old Grandson has been sick for a month. It started out as a normal cold then escalated to a fever and a deep croup like cough. Suggestions were given on how to fight it. The following week he still had the cough and was spitting up the mucus that was building up from what I guess was post nasal drip. We informed the message taker of this along with the fact that seasonal allergies and asthma run in our family. We also explained that just about every child in our family needed nebulizer treatments and inhalers. When the next message taker or whoever she was called back she said it was too late for an appointment. It was 1135 and the last appointment was at 11. That was 3 hours after we called She said we could take him to urgent care or the ER Monday the nurse called and said without seeing my Grandson that this was a common cold and it would run its course NOW almost 3 weeks later he has an asthmatic cough a fever and is very lethargic. A message was left on the app and we still have not received a return call Why do we have to beg for a baby to be seen by a doctor? Even if it is a cold why is this happening? I am beyond enraged Is my Grandson being treated like this because he has state insurance? Would he get the same treatment if he was on my Personal Choice insurance? Oh and let me end by saying at one of my Grandsons check ups I believe he was maybe 15 months the doctor said that because he is not talking using clear words he should go to the CDC for evaluation 15 months Where are you getting these doctors from???? And why would she suggest the CDC and not a specialist? Again because of the state insurance? The worst Just because this practice is duPont does not make it good. Please shop around there are way better pediatricians than this place. Take it from a mother grandmother sister and aunt of many children dont go here
Super slow service. You would think that due to Covid they may want to rush the patients out but I spent more than an hour there but was still not able to see the doctor. Doctor during the previous appointment was awesome though. They need to respect patients time too.
Very bad
We LOVE Dr. Hagelstein and the staff at Nemours duPont Pediatrics in Exton PA. We have gone to her since our children were little and now 17 and 13 they have always enjoyed seeing Dr. Hagelstein and her positive nonjudgmental approach to care. She is wonderful. Highly recommend.
Dr. Rosengart and Dr. Arabolu are good and courteous. Never feel rushed. They take time to talk about the visit and answer any questions. Not to forget front desk receptionists are nice and friendly.
Amazing service from ALL staff members. Nemours is the best. ❤️
very nice and friendly. love it. i was supposed to have a confidential but i’ve waited around 30 minutes and she said it’ll take 5 minutes.
We have been seeing the doctors at this center since 2013 with our first child. We are expecting our 3rd child in January. We ABSOLUTELY adore the staff including doctors nurses and reception I have referred this practice to my sister who uses them for my niece 3 years old. We have always been steered in the right direction about our childrens care and have zero hesitation in continuing to bring our children and newborn to be in their care
My kids and I love this practice because its just like family. Everyone is professional and kind .
So far I met 2 out of 3 doctors and both of them are good. Very clean office and you can get appointment quickly. If you are moving from some other pediatrician the better sign release form before your appointment.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
