The doctors here are great and so is the staff! They take extra care to make sure the appointment is made correctly and help pick out cute glasses. Love coming here.

Second year in a row here at My Eye Dr. In Fairless Hills. Everyone is great here, but I really want to say how wonderful, kind and excellent the Dr. is! Dr. Yuliya (Thalia) Leyzerzon is so warm and lovely but even better, she is extremely knowledgeable and patient. She calmed me down and answered all my questions and I NEVER felt rushed. Today, so many doctors have one foot out the door before your appointment even starts.. but not Dr. Thalia!! She is definitely in my top 3 favorite/best Drs. I have, and I have many. I definitely recommend My Eye Dr. In Fairless Hills Pa.!:)

Poor place to get your eyes checked at. Overpriced, lack of customer service. Couldn't read road signs after getting my prescription here. Glasses broke a few months after purchasing them here, refused to give me my prescription, or to give me a new pair of frames. They insisted on cobbling the original frames together. Screw stripped out. After their 'repair' the threaded hole snapped and the glasses were completely done after this. When this was Glasses Galore it was a really nice place. I think P.T. Barnum runs the show now. Went to walmart for a hassle free eye exam.

I walked in on a Saturday and was helped almost immediately. Denise was terrific. While she was taking my information and telling me how the process worked, a lady came in with frames that were so out of whack they were painful to wear. Denise asked if I minded if she took a look at them. I didn’t mind. Denise fixed the frames for the lady who was now able to wear her glasses without pain. Best part - the glasses weren’t from the My Eye Doctor store. Denise fixed someone else’s mess. I saw another associate helping a lady whose first language wasn’t english. I don’t know the associate’s name but she was very patient and compassionate. They were able to get someone on the lady’s cell phone that acted as a translator and and I saw another successful outcome. My glasses came in right when I was told they would and they are perfect. I appreciate the attention to detail that I received and I was impressed by the “above and beyond “ attitude of the associates. Any more it seems like people do as little as possible to keep their jobs. Not what I witnessed here. Rich

I don't know how this office whatever they call themselves this week is still opened.i have been going there for 4 years n each year it gets worst for your health and safety please don't go

I haven't gone there yet but I have a appointment Saturday and now after reading these reviews I'm scared. Because one thing I already see is they are still going under glasses galore which is deceiving. Wish me luck.And if they try too treat me rude I'm walking out!

I used to go there many years ago with all good memories, now this place runs like a Chinese fire drill, I will never step foot in there again. I have never seen so much chaos going on in a doctors office of any kind. It’s a really sad state of affairs over there. It seemed like everybody was on their first day of the job at the same time so stressed out running the office by themselves and not knowing what to do. It was an awful experience.

Scheduled a same day appointment online, I was impressed with the quick convenient process. I did not provide my insurance info and received a friendly call from the office. The office had my complete coverage info prior to my arrival. I was greeted by the friendly staff and completed the Covid questionaire followed by temperature check. I was checked in and seen by the Dr. immediately . Very impressed with the comprehensive care that Dr. McDermott provided. Tracey, the eye care consultant assisted me with picking out the most perfect glasses. I will definitely recommend this office to friends and family.
