Was visiting my Daughter last week and got a bad sore throat and low grade fever. Researched this patient care and went for check up. The staff was extremely pleasant and the office was spotless. My nurse assistant, Jackie was great and the Dr. Explained all that was going on. She prescribed an antibiotic and cough suppressant. The whole experience was a pleasure and 5days later I was feeling great.

I could not believe how rude the staff was. Not only were they rude, I had the same symptoms as when I had Covid last time, but they tested me for strep, and once it came back negative they chalked it up as a common cold. Comments on Urgent Care’s Response: Very unlikely leaves the possibly open. Regardless, to say we are going to test you for strep even though we don’t think you have it was a complete waste of time IMO. I had an actual doctor come in last time I was there, he listened to my lungs and prescribed me medication that worked great. After I was rushed out, I asked if there was any medicine I could be prescribed, because I’ve now had a deep cough for two weeks, I was told, “unfortunately modern medicine is limited and cannot common cold, sorry.” It was an absolute waste of a copay. I would have rather been told, “we can’t do anything for you, don’t waste your money.”

From the moment you walk into Patient Care Now you feel at ease. Everyone was caring,pleasant and efficient. Everything was explained and all questions were answered. I was visiting from out of town and needed my knee evaluated. I could not speak enough of the great care I received. Thank you to all. This area is very blessed with such an excellent medical team in their area. Do not hesitate to use Patient care Now.

I have had so many disappointing trips to Urgent Care centers until I met PA-C Michelle Fischer. Today was the second time I saw her for illness. She truly takes the time to listen & treat her patients. I would make her my primary doctor if she worked elsewhere she’s that thorough. I always feel my concerns are addressed. Thank you for reminding me that their are people in the medical profession who do this because they care.

Large building with a lot of Kind, personable, respectful, capable staff. Wait time was not long, nurses and doctors seemed very knowledgeable and compassionate, highly recommend. Less than 5 minutes in waiting room and large amount of private exam rooms.
