Ivy Rehab For Kids's Online Review Report Card

My review is based solely on the receptionist of the office in feasterville. I have never had to deal with a more immature, inconsiderate and rude receptionist before in my entire life. And I'm not an individual who leaves reviwes, but this young man was the absolute worst! He was playing on his phone then hiding it in that drawer by his computer everytime a doctor approaches, ignoring the fact that I was there. Complained I arrived early to fill out paperwork and then said there no new patient paperwork to fill out, then a half hour later hands me the paperwork I could've completed almost an hour ago. Skip to calling to check up on some things, he was dense to say the least. Didn't ask for the patients information again, and co.pletly disregarded the situation.

I love this office. Everyone is soo nice and soo polite. Everyone here will help your child develop into greatness my son couldn’t talk at all and now he’s doing so much better. I want to recognize his OT Christie she is new here and out of the 5 years my sons been coming she’s been the best i’ve ever seen. She’s great, she smiles all the time, she’s passionate about what’s she’s doing and my son really connects with her I want to recognize her today and everyday she definitely needs a raise she is soo awesome and helps make life soo much easier. I can be calm knowing I have someone like her working with my son. Thank you Christie.

You would be hard-pressed to find a better place run by exceptional people like Olivia Chin. We cannot recommend them highly enough!

My son absolutely loves it here and has been making great progress! Eric, Marissa, and Kelsey have been beyond amazing with him. I truly can’t say enough good things about them!!

Our daughter, Harper, loves going to speech class here. Ms. Paige does a great job with figuring out her needs and the best way to address them. Harper leaves every appointment with a big smile on her face as well.

Highly recommend My Child’s Therapy! Professional, friendly and clean. The waiting room is a great space to wait and play for my other 2 kids while my oldest is receiving the one on one care he needs.

My son loves coming here for speech and OT. I see improvement just from the few times that he’s been here. He loves the sensory room but his favorite part about his visit was the sticky putty with the plastic bugs and beans inside of it. After his session he said he can’t wait to come back and even asked if he can go every day. I highly recommend this place.
