My second time around with Dr. Kaplan for MOHS. Everyone at the practice are excellent at doing their best to ensure your comfort as much as possible during the procedure. Dr. Kaplan is very thorough, patiently sits and answers all questions, and is a very kind, pleasant person- especially appreciated when one has to spend the better part of the day achieving clear margins! While it's not something I want to be dealing with, I'm very glad my primary dermatologist referred me to Dr. Kaplan.

I was taken on time for my 730 appointment to have Mohs surgery on the upper middle side of my nose. Dr Kaplan was as pleasant as always and informed me about what he was doing at each step.unfortunately, I had to have three rounds of the surgery until we had clear margins, but again, was kept informed each time.following the surgery, we took a good amount of time discussing my options for closure. his assistants that worked with me throughout the morning were very pleasant and informative as well

Dr. Kaplan and his team are professional and competent. They were clear in explaining to me what had to be done and what to expect during recovery; and healing is going very well. I felt that I was in good hands throughout my procedure and visit. I would recommend him and his team with no reservations.

Dr. Kaplan is second to none, truly. If you need any kind of dermatologic surgery, don't walk, RUN to schedule with him...you won't regret it. I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Kaplan and his staff, and if I had the space in this box with an unlimited word count to start listing all of them, it still wouldn't be enough. Based on very high reviews/ratings I called Dr. Kaplan’s Office to schedule my appointment. Dr. Kaplan performed my Mohs procedure this morning and he made the experience stress free and as pleasant as could be. Zero pain aside from the initial pinch of the needle to numb. Everything was explained clearly and the staff were all great to deal with! Excellent overall with no issues and I highly recommend.
