This doctor chose to dismiss my 70+ year old mother after being a patient for years with him, leaving her in tears. They get a new computer system that messed up scheduling and tell her she's late for her appointment when she was actually 15 minutes early, make her wait forever, and when she asks this so called professional about it, he argues with her, and then tells his assistant to dismiss her. Hippocratic oath not in practice here, and kindness not even remotely in play by him or his staff

Terrible staff, new computer system that messed up scheduling and not informed, tell 70+ mother that she's late when she's 15 minutes early, make her wait, she talks to doc about it, Whitlock argues with her and then tells his staff to dismiss her, embarrassing her, making her cry. Fortunate for him I wasn't there. She was a patient for over 10 years when he did this, paid all her bills, etc. Completely unprofessional and not appropriate behavior.

What a horrible experience I had. This doctor has absolutely no manners, blames the patient for his incompetence and keeps poor records. He doesn't listen to the patient and only wants to push the latest expensive Rx for his profit.

I have been afraid of losing the vision in my right eye my whole life. I was born with a "lazy" left eye and back in the 50's they couldn't fix that and nothing ever will. I should also mention that I have never had surgery in my whole life. So when Dr. Whitlock told me that I had cataracts which required surgery, I was terrified! I did not want anesthetic and he promised me that I wouldn't need it. There were no drugs, no pain whatsoever and the vision in my right eye has been restored back to 20/30. He is the best!

I've had recurring problems with pink eye (which is contagious) so when I showed up today, the receptionist told me that I was more than 15 min late so I couldn't be seen by the doctor. She said the office gives patients 15 extra min to arrive. My phone said I was 10 min late & their clock was fast. My appt would take only 5 min but she refused. Unfair & rude. Because the waiting room was packed, she didn't mind dumping me. I asked that the doc make the decision but she refused and was rude
