Their staff is extremely rude. I was a patient for many years and I missed an appointment because I was ill. I did call before hand and the staff said that they did not receive a message form me and charged me $150. I brought in my phone and showed the office manager my phone showing the outgoing call to them and the response by text from their system and they still would not remove the $150 charge.

Disappointed today. Doctor ran 40 minutes behind schedule. Didn't inform us about the wait. no explanations or apologies when finally seen. Exam felt rushed. Sadly, I will be changing doctors. This isn't the 1st time I felt like a number instead of a person.

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. My children feel very comfortable here. Michele at the front desk is always so helpful when scheduling appointments. They go over and beyond. Highly recommend.

If you are not asking for botox etc they aren't interested. Doctor didn't even look at what I was talking about said it was fine then went on to describe their botox specials. If you need help go someplace else.

Worst dermatology office ever! The front staff was extremely unprofessional and rude. I literally overheard them talking negatively about a patient leaving making appalling comments. Wasn’t the cleanest office either😬. Definitely do not recommend.

I cannot speak highly enough of Dina, in the cosmetic sector of Brinton Lake Dermatology. From the moment I walked in the door she was beyond pleasant. The facial was amazing and she was super informative. Dina is a prime example of how to treat people in costumer facing professions. Thank you Dina for such a great experience I will most definitely be back!!
