Poor experience with audiology at this facility. Audiologist seemed unable to interact effectively with young children, and as a result was unable to complete her testing, resulting in a wasted visit without clear information about hearing function.

Definitely wouldn't recommend. Brushed off all concerns, seemed to only want run up the tab with unnecessary procedures. Very disappointed. I've had better experiences with John Hopkins.

The ladies downstairs are nice and amazing at their jobs. The surgical part, those ladies were a bit racist!

I was very impressed by this place. Check-in was quick and easy, we were called in about 5 my minutes after we sat down. Nurse was quick and efficient. The doctor was quick and knowledgeable, also sympathetic. The longest wait was the 20 minutes it took for my son to produce a urine sample. We were in and out in less than an hour, based on my ER visits I thought it would take 3-4 hours. I highly recommend this place.

Dr Forbes, the nurses and anesthesiologist are absolutely amazing. My daughter couldn't have been in better hands for her surgery. Such a relief to have when it comes to surgery and your child! Amazing surgery center. Recommend hands down.

This practice is terrible never take any family members there. First off they try to force a Covid shot on a my teenage daughter last year, as we all now know the Covid shot is ineffective and you have way more long-term effects than the very very short term benefit that it might have provided. Second, they couldn't even get a basic Lymes disease diagnosis correct the one doc told us it wasn't Lymes disease but still said she will put you on an antibiotic however the antibiotic she put ny son does nothing for Lyme's disease. Needless to say we had to go to a different Doctor Who said this is a classic Lymes disease case; do yourself a favor never go to this urgent care

We have, because of frequent issues with my daughter, been to CHOP Brandywine several times. The people were efficient, courteous, and mindful of the time involved for both us and themselves. It does facilitate prompt service if you call ahead and book an appointment before arrival, especially on weekends. Saturday COVID testing can be a wait , but still is pretty fast considering the crowed. Five stars... Go Chop :)

Horrible place. Ridiculous protocols. My one year old had to wait 2 hours to see the doctor bc they wouldn’t see him until his covid results came back. He has a runny nose!!!! But, their ridiculous protocols required he be tested. Additionally, there was only 1 other patient in the office and it still took 2 hours.
