What’s the point of having a phone if you can’t answer patients calls.

provided incorrect diagnosis to my wife which recently came to surface after seeing another rheumatologist. Staff failed to send lab work to labcorp as they said they would When I called them to address it, they took it as abusive behavior and tried to dismiss us from heir practice. Well glad they did because the doctor clearly was the curse to our health.

The doctor provided an incorrect diagnosis for my mom and treated her for RA when she didn’t even have the condition. Another doctor caught the mistake and fixed it. During office visits the doctor was never prepared and looked over lab in the room and did a lot of thinking out loud that made me uncomfortable. I never trusted and should have listened to my gut instinct from the start.

Dr. Gandhi is the best she really cares about her patient and listens you never feel rushed in her office.

They never answer the phone and apparently make premature diagnoses often. I was sent here after having elevated inflammatory markers and was “diagnosed” with Psoriatic arthritis. After doing my own research and a few visits with the office, I questioned the entire diagnosis. I stopped treatment and talked to my PCP who also agreed he wasn’t too sure about that diagnosis and finds this office tends to over diagnose things, especially PsA. He sent me for a second opinion. My mother also had a similar experience and after she told them she wasn’t taking the meds anymore they said “oh well maybe your pain was coming from the Lyme disease then”. Needless to say, we’re both no longer patients here. How dare they (or any doctor) not be 100% sure before handing out these types of medications!

I started out seeing Heather the Nurse Practioner to get into the office sooner rather than later waiting for an appointment with Dr Ghandi herself. Love her! She listened and was very empathetic towards my pain and symptoms that I had been experiencing. I never felt like I was crazy for my symptoms and just pushed to the side with another medication. She believed me and what I was telling her and she got to bottom of it right away. I never felt rushed one minute that I was in that office. If you can’t get in with Dr Ghandi right away then see Heather. She is amazing!

Premature diagnosis that was disconfirmed by other Rheumatologist. Please put patient care first, not profit. No answer is better than an incorrect one, especially when it comes to unique cases. Would recommend the practice expand to include doctors for fibromyalgia, lyme, mold toxicity, etc to provide broader range of care for people with unknown chronic pain conditions. Practice does not have enough understanding on these illnesses and testing inadequacies for these conditions. Recommend Niel Nathan's research and wholistic doctor for people that do not have positive Rheumatology blood work

Dr. Gandhi did an excellent job explaining everything with me. Answered all my questions. Didn't feel rush at all. She was very friendly and seemed compassionate about my care. Beautiful smile and great atmosphere. The staff was welcoming and I will refer her to others.

Dr. Ghandi is very attentive and caring. Feeling better since I've been seeing her. Everyone in the office. are very nice and helpful.
