Nemours Children's Health System's Online Review Report Card

I’m so thankful for Nemours and the care they’ve taken to make sure my daughter is able to be seen and vaccinated safely with regard to Covid19 and a highrisk family member. They always are kind good with my daughter and very quick to get back to me with any questions.

Were I to sum it up in two words I would use welcoming and knowledgeable from the initial phone call to scheduling the next appointment as we were leaving. The nurses and Doctors will listen and answer any questions you have and even give what they can in terms of supplies or parental advice for firsttimers.Highly recommend. So far I have absolutely zero regrets about shopping around and am content with this being the pediatrician for my child.

Awesome hospitality and welcoming atmosphere whenever I take my kids. Front desk secretaries cheryl and Katttie were so inviting I had an issue with the bill and to mention Cheryl at the front desk took initiative in checking on that thoroughly and resolved the issue if not I would have spent an hour or so calling and figuring out about the issue. It was nice of her to explain to me about the bill issue.Dr. Brooks is always pleasant and approachable. she may have not realized as she meets number of kids and parents at her clinic but for customers like us it really means a lot.We never feel rushed with her during the visit. She spends enough time with us during the visit and makes us feel comfortable.Thanks to the Medical Assistant Kathryn who was so friendly with my twins today.

Been taking my kids here since the day the office opened and have always been pleased with the courtesy and quality of care. Front desk staff nurses and physicians Drs Shapiro and Couchinho have all been great with me and more importantly the kids especially my 3yo who can be extremely difficult. Getting appointments has generally been convenient. I’ve never had to wait more than a couple minutes past a scheduled time and yet the providers have always answered all my questions and never made us feel rushed. Highly recommended.

I moved and decided to try this office for the 1st time. I found out about this provider using the Healthgrades app and a basic google search. The provider had good reviews so I gave it a try. During that initial visit check in was quick and it seemed to be going well. We then went back and had an ok experience with the provider. Since then its been bizarre to say the least. I had forms that needed to be filled out by the provider and trying to get those back was a production. They wouldn’t fax or mail the form to my son’s school even with my consent and wouldn’t even upload the forms onto their portal so that I could have access to them. It took several calls to get this simple task done. This was one of my many concerns that I’ve had with this location. To be clear I had no issue with the provider or nursing staff at the time of the visit. They were pleasant and engaged well with my son. However I have never had so many issues with any provider’s office and their office staff.
