Worst experience always if you go once keep getting bills. Staff is good but doctors are not that good.

Was there for almost 2 hours because they only had 1 doctor on shift but when seen my son was misdiagnosed as having something viral that they cant do anything to treat. Ended up going to the ER the next day by advice of the CHOP afterhours nurse they tested him for the flu came back positive and missed the most effective window for the Tamiflu prescription. It would have been easy to test him and the ER said he had classic flu symptoms so I was pretty upset that we spent another 4 hours at the ER and without getting him on medicine.

We have taken our son here twice while on vacation visiting family. The staff is nice and we were happy with the care received. However it is called URGENT care and both times we waited over an hour in the waiting room and over an hour in the exam room when there were only 2 other patients ahead of us. I can only assume this is a staffing issue.If we lived in the area and needed this service more regularly we would go elsewhere due to the lack of consideration about my time.

Have been waiting over an hour and clearly recall when I signed in and after which patient. However the front desk sends in 4 people who came after us before us saying that was the signed in order Rubbish We haven’t even been put into the room leave aside seeing the doctor Wish there were an alternate place to go.

Horrible. The staff knows nothing. Gone there countless times and they didn’t seem to know what they were doing. A staff member told me my spleen is on the right and i had nicely told her it’s on the left and she still continued to tell me i’m wrong and that it’s on the left. Another time i got xrays done told it was nothing later went to the ER that same day and told i had a fracture. Horrible service they know nothing.

It used to be great but on last visit kept us waiting for 2 hrs with 1 tablet and then denied putting on IVY and insisted on us to go to DuPont ERwithout reading the case file. Finally we had to go to the ER as it got late.

More then 5 star rating Great team of nursesdoctors an staff. Hours really favor the working mom or dad office stays open till 1030pm on Mondays late during the week. In an out I never waited more then 20min. AI DuPont team thank you for such great care an opening this Pediatric Med Walkin
