I called to make an appointment because my rheumatologist and optometrist wants me to see an ophthalmologist because of concern for glaucoma. I was told they don’t treat pain and pressure behind the eyes. Isn’t this what they’re supposed to treat?! My rheumatologist specifically referred me to this group. Disappointing.

Very sincere physician. Listens and reassures your every concern. His hands are amazingly quick and he talks you through the entire process. His staff is also great. You can feel a true team experience.

Appointment was originally for 1:30, was called shortly after and told I had to be pushed up to 12:45 because the dr's hours changed. Arrived at 12:30 filled out paper work that was supposed to be sent to me but I never received it. Around 1:30 I was called back for tech to do some tests than put in a room and told Dr will be in in a couple minutes. At one point while waiting I heard another patient ask staff if the Dr was even here. Finally got everything done by 2:45. Staff was very friendly but seriously 2 hours and 15 minutes?

Wonderful! I was quite concerned for my vision when I arrived. I was treated very well. Everyone was professional and friendly. The Dr. fixed the issue calmly and reassured me that by taking antibiotic drops for prescribed time the eye would heal fine. I am very thankful. Highly recommend!!!

I've been seeing Dr. Nairn for many years in the Monroeville, Greensburg and now the Irwin office. Check in always goes smoothly with very little wait time. The waiting rooms are always clean and snacks and beverages was available up until covid. Staff is very courteous and HIPPA conscious. Dr. Nairn is very thorough and personable ( I have no problems with switching Doctors if the don't meet my needs) I'm usually in and out in about half hour- 45 minutes depending on what I need to have done that day.

John Narin, MD is an outstanding opthamalogist. He is a very talented glaucoma surgeon and greatly helped me. Dr Narin is also a very pleasant person and treats his patients kindly. I would highly recommend him.

I had laser surgery on my eyes, to relieve the pressure in my eyes. Surgery was a success. Planning to go back for cataract removal in 6 months. Very pleased with the outcome.
