The staff that works in the office is extremely rude. Would not recommend this practice at all. While sitting in the room waiting for the doctor the staff was obnoxiously talking about other patients.

The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. I was able to hear them discussing me and other patients from the exam room. Dr. Haffner was dismissive and interrupted me while I was discussing the pain I have been experiencing. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I had Rotor cuff surgery on my Shoulder.I told him about my nick I was told it would not be a problem . I told the anesthesiologist the same. I ended up with having nick surgery because of a bulging disc that they cost when they intubated me they could have scoped me instead of intubating me .dr Haffner never came to see me after the surgery I told the nurse that I wae in a lot of pain and my arm my hand were numb and my fingers she said they had problem intubating me I still have problems today

I had a hip replacement & Dr Haffner was great. Listened to my comments/issues & recommended a course of action based off of what I told him & what he discovered after xrays & examination. Not solely on what he thought. I was down to walking with a single crutch 8 days after a total hip replacement. Almost completely back to normal. But that's more on me & my not continuing the P/T regiment than his surgery. I would recommend him to anyone.
