Difficult to deal with office. Canceled procedure ×2. Communication lacking. Moving on to another provider.

Dr Bonaroti sent in a different doctor for my appointment with HIM. The doctor, whose name I don’t even know, was rude and dismissive. Dr Bonaroti does not answer msgs left on his patient portal. He also did not call me when I did talk to his staff about having questions regarding my medical treatment. It is not acceptable to treatment. If I could give him ZERO stars I would in honor of the ZERO patient care I received from him.

Dr Bonaretti is an excellent neurosurgeon. He listens to you and helps give you the best advice for or against surgery. He lists the pros and cons of all options. He does not rush you during a visit. He even follow up via phone after the visits and surgeries. He helped me be pain free after having 3 herniated discs.

Doc "B" is like dealing with a member of the family. He listens intently, he respects his patients and his surgical skills are unsurpassed. All in all, he's the only doctor worth his salt!

I was responding to one of his patients, who thought he was no longer in practice. His last visit was in Monroeville. I read that someone saw him in Pitts. on Asetique Way.

Dr Bonaroti preformed a dicectomy and continued a previous L2-L4 fusion through S1 due to complications from the 21 year old precedure. I had severe pain, was experiencing a severe foot drop, and was admitted to the hospital where i recieved surgury 2 days later. I was out of bed walking 2 days later! Only 3 weeks out, and im feeling better than I have since before I broke my back in 1998! My gait has drastically improved, and I am experiencing no pain. Albuquerque ia suffering a shortage of neurosurgeons; i feel blessed that he has been helping out, and I happened to need the surgery during his rotation. Awesome bedside manner, thouroughly explained my condition with imaging, and described the procedure. I would trust my spine with no other surgeon. Thank you so very much!!!!

Dr. Bonaroti is very caring. He has a great bedside manner and truly wishes the best for his patients. I feel very fortunate to be under his care. He has brought me into a fully functional life and I appreciate all his efforts.

I am a retired Union Carpenter who has suffered from over 40 years of abuse to my body, particularly my spine. I went to see Dr. Bonaroti at his new private practice at One Asetique Way. The facility was amazing in architectural design and beauty. It was located on a property that was breath taking and upon going inside the decor lived up to the beauty of the outside of the facility. The waiting room was so luxurious I had to take pictures of it. The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful and I was even offered coffee. Although I came here because Dr. Bonaroti is a top level neurosurgeon I was pleasantly surprised the facility he has his office in now is extraordinary. My wait was comfortable and in no time I was ushered into an exam room that continued the relaxing but professional atmosphere. It did not take long for Dr. Bonaroti to come in greet me. Even though my situation is extremely complex and will most likely result in numerous surgeries he took the time to thoroughly

I last saw Dr Bonaroti in his then Monroeville office I believe in late May, we had made a plan for me to come back in 6 months and we would go ahead with the Fusion on my lower back. I have always had the utmost faith in his ability to fix me. He did 3 neck surgeries and 1 back surgery on me in the last 8-10 years. About a week after he saw me I received a letter that he had left the practice. To say I was devastated is putting it mildly. To start over with a new Neurosurgeon after all this time is gonna be a Nightmare, and to find one that I feel comfortable with is gonna be a slow road. I honestly feel like he left me and other patients hanging. He is an excellent Neurosurgeon and I would have never gone to anyone else ever. But now I have to.
