I turned 66 this year and was very dissatisfied with my face. My jowls were very heavy my neck saggy and wrinkled . Thru the years I took excellent care of my face using the best serum and moisturizing and all the machines on the market . I have them all.But nothing was doing the trick to help firm up my face. I decided to seek help and after reading all the reviews and hearing all the great stuff I decided to see Dr. Johns.I told him my concerns and what I would like to do and he listened. When I was done he said I think you should consider a mini lift because with all your concerns that would give you the best results.I really hadn't considered this but after listening to his expertise wisdom I new it was my answer. After 2 weeks I was back to work.My face looks amazing "Review 500". I never get tired of the compliments on how wonderful of a job was done and you can't see any scars or marks. He is definitely the best.

Let me paint the picture, I am a 27yr old woman with high anxiety who has never had to go to the ER and never had surgery, but was extremely self conscious of my nose since a child. During my Rhinoplasty consultation with Dr. Johns, he made me feel so comfortable and reassured me that my issues with past sports injuries were able to be fixed. The day of the surgery, his team made me so comfortable and explained everything so well that I never had a panic attack! (And that is BIG). Post surgery, I honestly had a great experience. I stuck to Dr. Johns rules and knew that if I needed him he was only a phone call away. I had no pain within that first week, only strong discomfort from the swelling and stuffy nose. When I got the splint off, I was speechless... Finally after 20 years I had a straight nose! No bump! I have a new found confidence. Dr. Johns gave me my confidence. He silenced all of the bullies words from my past and I could never thank him enough. I strongly recommend anyone to see Dr. Johns for your surgery needs. His professionalism, talent, and bedside manner set him apart from the rest!

It is hard to put into words what my experience with Dr. Johns was like. After 22 years of hating the body I was in…I feel like I am finally the me I was meant to be. Getting a breast reduction was, in total honesty, the best decision I have ever made. I don’t think you can truly understand what it’s like to be a DD cup at 14 and to be sexualized by older men constantly because of it. Or having them get bigger and bigger with each pregnancy, regardless of how active and fit you are. It’s hard to understand the physical pain you live with daily that no mattress, chiropractor, medication, or exercise can stop. It’s hard to understand how an H cup keeps you from buying clothes, sleeping comfortably, or even having a positive self-image of yourself. I had stopped doing all the things I enjoyed. I stopped running, hiking, camping, climbing, or anything that resembled the lifestyle I enjoyed. My mental, emotional, and physical health were at their lowest. I hated everything about myself. When I finally had enough, I started scheduling consultations with surgeons. I met with four before meeting Dr. Johns. Do you know what those other four doctors had in common?? They didn’t listen to me. They didn’t respect my decision or what I was asking for. I wanted to go as small as possible. Those other doctors would reply with ‘but you still want to be feminine so don’t go too small’ or ‘are you sure that is what you really want?’ or my favorite…’but you have such great curves, why go so small?’. Do you know how Dr. Johns replied?? He simply said ‘okay, I can take you as small as I safety can go’. He just listened to what I said, didn’t question me at all and just made me feel instantly that I was in control of my own body. From the moment I walked in, Dr. Johns and his entire staff made me feel so welcome. Every person on the phone, every email, every nurse, every PA…literally everyone. They were super accommodating with me (who had been saving for years for this and needing to pay in different installments before the surgery date) and many had a maternal and warm presence. They surgery itself was seamless. Recovery was easier than I imagined (didn’t need any post-surgery pain management) and five months out – I HAVE NEVER BEEN HAPPIER! I have run 3 competitive 5Ks and have one more plus 2 10Ks planned before the end of May. I have hiking and kayaking trips planned. I am lifting again. I just cannot fully articulate how happy I am. I would do this decision over and over and over again. And when I am ready to fix the damage my pregnancies did to my stomach, I’ll be going with Dr. Johns…hands down.

Had breast implants March 3, 2022. Had an amazing experience with Dr. John's and his staff. They scheduled multiple consultations when I felt indecisive about choosing a size. Office staff where extremely helpful in obtaining work excuses. Had very little pain & was off prescription pain medication the 2nd day post op. Would highly recommend.

Dr. Johns is professional yet kind! He’s a great listener too. He’s the best!!

Surgery for deviated septum corrected with quad blepharoplasty. Followed Dr. Johns instructions for before & after surgery. Results are wonderful after only 4 months. Dr. Johns was very patient, explained every step of the procedure, recovery process, and expected results. He was caring and repeatedly asked if I had any questions. Office staff were great and responded quickly to any of my concerns. Greensburg Office is beautiful and well cleaned. I'd highly recommend Dr. Francis Johns

Cancelled my surgery that I waited months for, won’t call me back.

Dr. Johns exceeded all of my expectations for my tummy tuck, muscle repair, and breast lift. He is by far one of the best. He truly cares about his patients and goes above and beyond to make sure they are happy. He definitely takes pride in his work. The staff at Artisan were also great and went above and beyond to meet any need there was. They were so nice and accommodating. Highly recommend…no regrets!

I have had a surgery with Dr Johns and 2 of my daughters also have. Takes time to explain everything before during and after your procedure.
