Dr seemed to be giving a lot of attention to diagnosing my shoulder problem. Got an injection and immediately had 99% less pain and almost full range of motion. I was told could take up to 2 weeks but my relief was instant!

Dr. Jacob DiCesare is the most caring, compassionate human being to not only his patients but also recently helped a loved one through a tough situation that involved a lot of pain and got them in in a quick manner. If you need any Orthopedic or Sports Medicine care please give Dr. DiCesare in Greensburg a cal first! I cannot thank him enough for his passion to put his patients first. Thanks, again for caring! I'll refer to Dr. DiCesare any day of the week!

Dr. DiCesare has been great for me. And the ladies in the office have been awesome. Very nice experience. Wish I would have gotten shots in my knees sooner. I think it is going to change my life. Thank you Dr. DiCesare and staff. Be safe and God bless

From the initial contact to make an appointment to the wonderful front office ladies- thank you for putting up with my Mom and Me. You were both extremely helpful and funny . I was referred to this office for my Mother by her PCP. She went in with one problem - which was successfully completed that visit ( love not hearing- I can fix it come back in 2 weeks ). He also helped with another problem by speaking with the PCP and explaining what he saw, recommended and offered great advice. This is the office to go to if your struggling with an injury that traditional medicine did not help! You will not regret it .

Dr.DiCesare patiently sat next to my hearing impaired husband & carefully & thoroughly explained everything they were looking at on the MRI scan. He also talked about how limited his options were because of the acute narrowing of the lumbar bones & urged him to see the spinal surgeon we had scheduled asap.Dr. DiCesare also examined my husband head to toe to determine if other problems were present. We would not hesitate to seek his expertise in the future.
