Very rude staff.

I used to love it here because the pediatricians are great, but the reception staff is awfully rude and arrogant.

The entire staff at Mountainview has always been efficient, kind and extremely competent. Dr. Mowery has gone above and beyond in the care he has provided for our son. He is kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. We could not have asked for a better pediatric care team!

This office used to be great, most of the doctors are still nice but the overall office staff have gone downhill over the last couple of years. Office staff is not very patient and tends to be rude. The most recent issue that’s made us reconsider using this office is when I called to confirm the hours and process for using their sick visit walk ins. They stated we are able to walk right in during the specified hours to be seen. When we arrived the front desk woman was very rude and said we would have to go back to the car and call to “make an appointment”. I told her that’s not what the woman said when we called but it was fine and asked if there was an estimated wait time. She said she had no way to know, understandable. When we called from the car I explained my sons symptoms and the woman sighed loudly over the phone and said well it’s gonna be a long wait, we’ll call when we’re ready for him and hung up. So unprofessional and rude when working with children.

I cannot thank CCP in Greensburg enough for being so great to my little guy. Dr Lane, and Dr Mowery are so amazing! They take their time, they explain things and as a first time mom, that’s what I need. You guys rock!!

I love this pediatrician. I have been using this pediatrician since my son was born. They actually visited him in the hospital daily during his hospital stay. I use Dr. Mowery specifically, he’s the best doctor I have ever come across. If I was able to use a pediatrician I would go to him myself. He is very thorough and extremely personable. He can make any child comfortable. My son is scared of the doctors office already, but Dr. Mowery always takes his time to make the child comfortable and to make sure medically they are thoroughly evaluated. I will be keeping my child through this office till he’s an adult. I’m very glad I made the decision to try this pediatrician out.

The doctors, NP, and nurses have all been wonderful. The one receptionist is not very friendly, but ok, and the other one is absolutely horrible. She has a nasty attitude and I dread any interaction that I have with her. I would be giving 5 stars if they hire new office staff.

They really care about their patients. Wonder doctors, PAs, nurses, and staff, never had any issues with taken our children their.
