Not very interested in my symptoms and felt rushed.

Communication is one of the most important things to me when I find a new doctor, especially a specialist. I need to feel listened to when I describe my pain and experience, and then I want the doctor to be able to explain what is wrong and propose solutions in a way that is understandable to a layperson while also being respectful of my intelligence. I LOVED how Dr. Bresnahan did this. I felt validated because he really listened when I described my joint pain. Then, he explained how normal functioning works, and what the pain indicated was malfunctioning in my case. He also described exactly what the various treatment levels would do to correct the problem. For example, IN ADDITION to the prescribed treatment, I switched to more supportive shoes he recommended. As long as I do my recommended stretches, I no longer have to worry if I'm up for a walk or hike. His manner made me confident in the proposed solution, and the lack of pain has given me back my confidence in my body!

I really felt listened to and he explained my medical problem and recommended solutions in an understandable way. So often, doctors talk down to women or don’t seem to listen to descriptions of pain. I felt validated when explaining my pain and happy when I heard actionable solutions. I also had a problem with insurance not wanting to pay for the recommended treatment, and this office advocated for me so the treatment ended up being covered!

I had to have another surgeon repair the damage done to my foot. Run don’t walk to another doctor.

Easy to find office, with plenty of parking. Friendly atmosphere and was taken exactly on time. My foot pain was addressed and treated with no discomfort whatsoever.

Dr. B. was excellent. He was very attentive and understanding. I enjoyed his approach. Class act.

Been taking a parent to him for years . For diabetic foot maintenance . Nice guy , visits are short but he does what needs to be done . I recently went to an associate of his at the Kulpsville office , I think I liked her , but "as always", the secretarial staff can ruin a good doctors practice , when their snide or plain rude to patients . Unfortunately won't be going back there , I'm going to need surgery and the stress of shoddy/snotty secretarial staff is not something I need .
