I credit Dr. Underwood with helping my mom reach the age of 98 while enjoying a healthy life for all but a few months of that time. Dr. Underwood asks the right questions, listens to the patient and is extremely understanding and knowledgeable. I am very grateful to Dr. Underwood for her outstanding care and compassion.

Dr. Underwood has been my PC for a number of years. Professional and current. Knowledgeable, caring, pleasant and thorough. Always willing to answer questions and takes the necessary time to explain things clearly. I would rate her as one of the best.

After arriving 15 minutes early for my last two visits, I was made to wait over an hour in the waiting room, then another half hour in the exam room before seeing the doctor. Dr. Joe is completely unprofessional in appearance, wearing dirty pants and his tie on inside out! Dr. Underwood has the bedside manner is totally uncaring, giving her i pad more attention, and lacked eye contact and compassion. having been a patient there for about 10 years, it's obvious they've grown their clientele without the capacity to accommodate properly. The waiting room has never been updated and is drab and uncomfortable. I definitely not be back.

I'm 84 years old and have had many Dr. She is the best. Very thorough , knowledgeable and personable. I trust her for all my diagnosis. She has been my Dr. for over 10 years and my wife for longer.Diagnosed wife's cancer when Fox Chase didn't.

I was sent to this Dr. by my company.She said it was a strained back.dx was to lose weight ,exrcise more and could return to work next day.Thank god I protested that call.Here we are 1 year later I need spinal fusion.SORRY DOC! BUT YOU WERE WRONG!!!!!
