With only one exception she has never rushed. (And she apologized for that time with a phone call follow-up) My most recent visit was not the exception. I was the last patient on a Friday. I could have been rushed out the door. She is thorough and clear, talking through any options. Her residents are always personable, asking just the right questions, but listening to the response. Physicians are human, too. Is Dr Zellers perfect? No. But I've always experienced her as being present. In this fast paced age of electronics that's worth gold.

I took my niece to visit Dr. Zellers for the first time... might I add my "16-yr old niece"... need I say more... she.complained from the car to the office... But when we left she said she loved Dr. Zellers!... and so did I! Dr. Zellers was extremely interactive in a cool and positve way with this teen-so I would say she is well versed on reading the teens attitudes and personalities and approaching them in a way the allows them to "think" they're in control. We ended up having a very pleasant visit! - only reason she doesn't get 5 stars is because the perfect person died on the cross...

Dr. Zellers has been my doctor for over 10 years. I trust her guidance. She is kind, gentle, and thorough. My health needs have required a physician who is able to say hard things when needed, while encouraging toward confidence in treatment. Dr. Zellers has done that for me.
