When we arrived for the appointment, we were immediately taken back to a room to see the doctor. The doctor and staff explained every step of the procedure and answered our questions thoroughly. A follow up was scheduled for a time that worked well for us. The entire staff was kind, helpful and compassionate. We will be telling our family/friends about our experience!

I got Lasik done. Consultation was as thorough as you needed to be with giving you all necessary information needed. Staff were patient. Process was quick and easy. Getting the laser eye surgery from Dr. Chotiner was a great experience. Not only does he have years of experience, he has great bedside manners, and so does his staff. They do not leave anything out and you are well aware of the entire process. I was already seeing 20/20 at my one day follow-up appointment.
