I rarely take the time to write a review, but I have to do it today. I really appreciate Dr Farrell, she is just amazing. She took her time with me, explained everything. Very comforting having a physician like her. The staff was very welcoming too. Thank you so much for your professionalism. Highly recommend!

My dad was experiencing blindness in his eye. I called at least 5 eye docs to see if anyone could fit him in and they all said 2 weeks to 2 months. I almost gave up but called Dr. Elena Farrell office and they squeezed my dad in the next morning! So thankful to the wonderful staff at this office who helped get my dad an appt and who took very good care of him, thankful they could see him because turns out he has a retinal detachment and needs emergency surgery. I will definitely be going back to this office.

Difficult to manage with. Been waiting a month for records transfer. Gave me a rx while telling me and treating severe dry eye. Almost ordered glasses from scribbled over new rx.

I want to express how wonderful my visit was to Dr. Farrell's office. The staff was excellent in the check in process, the tech's were professional and the physician was excellent with her communication skills and overall eye exam. Highly recommend this physician.

I first visited with Dr. Elana Farrell in March 2018 to discuss cataract surgery on my eyes. I was extremely nervous about having the procedure done. Dr. Farrell and her staff were extremely reassuring about the procedure .The whole procedure went smoothly and I am so appreciative of how much better I can now see. I have since switched all my regular eye exams, etc. over to Dr. Farrell's practice. I had an eye emergency injury after normal business hours and Dr. Farrell, who was getting ready to go on vacation, came immediately to her office to attend to my eye injury. Dr. Farrell is a great surgeon, doctor and a caring person. I would highly recommend Dr. Elana Farrell and her practice.

Dr. Farrell and her team are the most patient-focused professionals I have experienced since moving to Harrisburg seven years ago. Their attentiveness, professionalism, kindness and patient care is second to none. Dr. Farrell, a highly-respected ophthalmologist, is brilliant and candid. She and her team spend the necessary amount of time with you to determine your situation and ensure you walk out of her center better than when you arrived.

Dr. Farrell was amazing. More info than I've ever received during an eye exam. Loved my visit with her. Huge compaint however of the loud fox news - only -channel in the waiting room. If I hadn't paid my co pay up front would have left. Receptionist told me she had no control over the broadcast that that's what "they"wanted. I felt hugely insulted. Sort of Orwell 1984ish.
