Dr. Ward is amazing. She takes her time with you and doesn’t rush you through your appointment. She takes her time to address your questions and concerns. She is very professional and truly cares about you. I have confidence in her and completely trust her. I truly appreciate her quick response when I submit an email. She makes you feel like you are family and not just a number passing through. God Bless you Dr. Ward. Not only is Dr. Ward amazing but so is her staff. They are very friendly and helpful. They are very professional and so welcoming. Again you get the feeling you are family and not just a number. I have found Dr Ward to be incredibly thoughtful, intuitive and really takes her time in an appointment. She helped me seek further assistance for a personal health problem, and also diagnosed an issue I was having where the medication has helped me tremendously. I am grateful to have her as my primary care physician and highly recommend her to others. I have not had a single bad experience with her after seeing her for the last 9+ years.

Dr. Jessica Ward has a kind manner, is knowledgeable, and she has designed and runs an efficient office with bloodwork done on site. Staff is helpful and portal information is logged quickly and accurately.

I would give zero stars if you could. How does this person have a medical license. My father in law was In Her care for 6 months and he never met her or the family. She made medical decisions against a living will with never meeting the patient.

Dr. Ward is supposed to be my family doctor but I can never get an appt with her. Office support staff extremely rude. Office very outdated. I'm leaving this practice and would not recommend!!
