PA staight up lied. She told me the steriod she shot in my knee was a pain releiver. That is all you should need to know!!!!

Very nice staff members. They are very understanding. Very clean environment. I felt very comfortable here.

Person checking people in was rude and unprofessional. Stood there and waited to be acknowledged. Won't be back.

Took my daughter here today , the wait was lengthy as expected it is cold and flu and what not season , front medical staff was very pleasant and helpful, the back medical staff was very friendly as well , our medical professional as well , she was extremely informative and knowledgeable and felt as if she genuinely cared about the well being of my daughter…. I would highly recommend just for the pleasant staff alone 😊 great experience…

Took my wife for a pre-employment drug screen. We arrived shortly before noon. My wife wasn't registered until almost 12:30. By 1:30 she had not been called, and when she inquired how much longer was told she was next in line. At 2PM, she was told they were unable to do her test, and she was sent away. Through the whole ordeal, the women at the front counter were more concerned with their snacks and beverages. My wife was wone of a few individuals kept waiting for an hour or more. A non-affiliated lab was able to get her in and out in under 15 minutes. Will not be visiting again

While I had to wait three hours, the nurses were lovely and kind.

First time visiting this urgent care. Took my 7 year old in with an ear infection. Walked in the door and before I could ask for a disposable mask the lady at the counter slid one under the glass and said “put this on and have a seat, somebody will be with you.” What a pleasant greeting. Without signing in or filling out any paperwork, we did as we were instructed. The place was not busy, there were three other people in the waiting room. After 25 minutes of sitting in the waiting room without ever even signing in or really being acknowledged by any staff members, I decided to leave and go to Aspire where we were pleasantly greeted, treated quickly and given a prescription. I understand that these people are understaffed, overworked and underpaid but some basic respectful communication, customer service and empathy would serve these people well.

I arrived stating that I had a cut on my hand and needed to be evaluated for an antibiotic since I had joint implants and a history of sepsis. The cut was deep and from a contaminated surface. Once in the patient cubicle, I was told " so you're here for pain." Not once did I ever mention the word pain, although my hand was visibly discolored and swollen and the wound was steri-stripped. When I asked where that came from, the assistant blithely dismissed my concern not offering to correct the wrongly entered diagnosis which would be submitted to insurance for reimbursement. After having been rudely treated upon arrival by the receptionist, and now incorrectly diagnosis entered, my trust was lost and I departed . I now wait to see if I will be billed for services and care not rendered, and what was entered in my medical record for reason for leaving .

I’ve never written a review before and this deserves my first one.Today I went in fully knowing this would be just like any other all better care I’ve been to. Well it’s NOT. Everyone was so kind, hardly any wait time to get seen, especially for a Sunday! I remember waiting 4 hours to get seen in Mechanicsburg. This is the best UPMC I have been to. Highly recommend

This is an outstanding medical practice. Every single staff person we encountered was courteous and professional. The PA picked up on a something that was missed by the emergency room doctors at a top hospital in NYC. She nailed the diagnosis and saved my son potentially serious consequences. What more can I say?!
