10/14/22 visited ER due to my 7 yr old having a seizure at 10 PM and 2 hrs from home. Everyone was very friendly and service was fast (only in waiting room 15-20 min). We were there a total of about 2 hours (including CT scan, blood work, and results). At our local ER, you can plan on being in the waiting room for 3 hours.

i came here with chest pain and difficulty breathing with cold symptoms. first of all it took them forever(there was no one here), then the nurse was VERY rude, THEN the doctor comes in tells me i didn’t have a fever when i saw the thermometer and i did, also throat feels like it’s on fire but nope they didn’t test me for strep. all they care about is covid and money, no manners at all. and definitely not friendly. gave me tylenol, covid tested me and sent me home. WASTE OF TIME.AND to finish it off i can’t hear out of my ear, told her that , and just blew me off.

Zero tests had a 103.5 temp. I asked for a blood test they said no. I asked for an IV they said no They assumed it was Covid and don’t do rapid tests.

I took my 7 month old daughter there to make sure she don't have the flu or anything serious they never did a single test on her just said she had a viral infection. I won't be taking my daughter there ever again unless she's bleeding and needs to be seen asap.
