List of Armstrong Thomas's Reviews
I just got back from an eye exam at this practice. It was far and above the exam I had at vision works on Moreland road. Dr levin was very thorough checking lol aspects of my eye. He was the best optometrist I ever went to . Don’t go anywhere else. Let Dr Levin check out your eyes he was the best.
Marsha G was very helpful and friendly when I went to pick out eyeglasses. Thank you!
Dr. Thomas Armstrong is an amazing doctor! He operated twice on my husband eyes for cataract. He is very professional, caring and knowledgeable. My husband doesn’t need glasses at 65 and he can see perfectly after 2 years of surgery. Great job dr. Armstrong!
Dr Armstrong operated on my husband eyes for cataract. My husband at 65 doesn’t need glasses and he can see very well. I highly recommend doctor Amstrong!
Receptionist tried to steer me away from Dr Armstrong and pawn me off to an optometrist, even though I specifically asked for an appointment with Dr Armstrong.
I had cataracts in both eyes and could barely see, but now thanks to Dr Armstrong and the staff at Armstrong George Cohen & Will Opthamology I can see like I did when I was young. I highly recommend this practice they changed my life.
I have used Amstrong Colt for several years for routine eye exams. Recently I had cataract surgery performed by Dr. Tom Armstrong. He was wonderful. He explained the procedure fully and took whatever time was necessary to answer all my questions. The follow-ups with Dr. Kaplan were the same. No rushing you in and out, but whatever time it took to answer any questions. The staff was the same; very cooperative in scheduling things as convenient to the patient as possible. I recommend them without reservation. I had considered going to Wills Eye Hospital in Philadelphia but doubt I would have received the same level of personal attention.
My experience with Dr. Tom Armstrong and this entire practice could not have been better. I have used it for years for routine, annual eye exams and glasses but recently had cataract surgery in both eyes. I gave thought to going to Wills Hospital in Philadelphia but am glad I decided not to. Dr. Armstrong does not rush you through. He takes time to discuss the surgery and entire recovery process and whatever time you need to have your questions answered. The practice is meticulous in the pre-surgery exam and in asking for necessary information. The follow-up care was the same. I receive post-surgery calls to be sure all was well and whatever time was needed to answer questions was taken. At my follow-up visits Dr.Kaplan also took as much time as I needed to answer questions. I doubt I would have received such attention at a large hospital. The other thing I appreciated was that when I arrived for my appointments I was seen almost immediately. that was a sign of respect for the patient that is missing from most medical offices. This all happened during the COVID pandemic and this practice has adopted procedures that provide for the patients' health. I recommend them unreservedly.
I've had an ongoing serious eye condition that could have permanently affected my vision. Dr. Armstrong has been great and has helped me to keep my vision.
These doctors are great and have really helped me to maintain my eye sight, eventhough I have had some very difficult eye problems recently.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
